Brazil Cerrado
From Minas, with Love
Our Brazil Cerrado, comes from the State of Minas Gerais where Bruno and Mauricio, our owners both have family farms.
This coffee comes from the Cerrado region of Brazil. This region has a rich deep reddish colored soil known to the natives as “Terra Roxa” (Rich Dirt). The Cerrado region is known for using sustainable practices and producing renowned Arabica coffee. Consistent rains and high daytime temperature and dry winters make it ideal for coffee growing.
At Uncommon, in addition to offering this as a single origin, we are proud to use Brazil in a majority of our blends.
Expect a creamy mouthfeel with mellow acidity and rich chocolate nutty notes.
