Twilight Blend
Nostalgia in a Cup
Twilight is a blend of beans from Colombia and Brazil, but what makes it special is that the beans from Brazil come from a micro lot, produced by one of our partner farmer, Jean Faileros.
Jean processed this lot of coffee through a yeast inoculated anaerobic fermentation which gives it a unique, almost wine-like finish.
When combined with the Colombia beans, this blend brings a touch of nostalgia in one's cup with fruity forward tasting notes of plum, black currant, and chocolate wafer.
Our head roaster, Izzy, loves to make it over ice, using a pour over method, or an Aeropress.
