Cultivated from the hillsides of El Cerro de Las Peñas near the municipality of La Union we are excited to bring you this natural processed coffee from our partnership farmer Rigoberto Paz. This unique batch of coffee is dried with the fruit still intact rather than being pulped immediately after harvest. This allows the coffee bean to absorb natural flavors from the coffee cherry. Once roasted and brewed this special coffee has delicious notes of chocolate truffle, vanilla, black tea.
